Shipping Policy
We currently ship products to customers locally and internationally. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Jamaica: 2–5 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
 

Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. We’ll notify you of any major delays via email.
 

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or receipt)
   

Non-returnable items include:

• Digital downloads

• Gift cards

• Opened CDs, vinyl, or merchandise

Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@cr3music.com. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
 

Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
